At Influenceract, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with every Video.
We offer refunds on eligible within 15 days of the original PO. To be eligible for a refund, video should not be uploaded on any channel.
To initiate a refund, please contact our team . You will need to provide proof of payment,
such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the
original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear
in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
